4612 McElroy

Chase Acquisitions LLC partnered with a local contractor in constructing this classy single-family home in the Interbay section.  Occupancy took place in August, 2005.

3323 W. De Leon Street
 
This prime South Tampa townhome site was sold by Chase Acquisitions LLC in May, 2005.   Four townhomes will soon be completed on the property, with two already sold.

4402 S. Ferncroft Avenue
 
This prime and oversized lot (115’ X 153’), sandwiched between Beach Park to the north and Culbreath Bayou to the south, sold in June, 2005.  Construction of a new home commenced in September, 2006.
3518 Paxton Ave. at Sterling
 
Two building lots face Sterling Avenue at Paxton in this evolving community not too far South of Gandy.  Each is 62' on Sterling  Ave. X 100' deep.   Chase Acquisitions sold this property in August, 2005. 
2508 Ivy Street

Over two acres in size (2.2), this parcel is the crown jewel of West Tampa. Chase Acquisitions LLC and a home contracting firm joined forces to create a community of luxury townhomes, 12,000 sq. ft. of prestige office space and six single family residences that will change the face of West Tampa forever. This project is set for completion in the spring of 2007 or sooner.

Though Chase Acquisitions has sold its interest in the Ivy Street project, the company will still have a vested interest in its success through cooperative financing agreements now in place.

This property, with manicured oak trees, has five gorgeous lots and was purchased by a local homebuilder in September, 2005.

Habana Ave. and Union St.

Chase sold this 350' feet of vacant land fronting on Union Street and just east of Habana Avenue in September, 2005.

This lot (50' X 110') is on a picturesque street less than a block from prestigious Bayshore Boulevard and in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Tampa Bay area.  It sold in December, 2005.

This 1460 sq. ft. (air-conditioned area) home with a large one-car garage is nestled in one of West Tampa's friendliest neighborhoods.   Chase Acquisitions LLC sold it to a very satisfied family in January, 2006.
